Book Club: For Her Pleasure
Pleasure is your birthright. Reclaiming joy and pleasure is an act of RESISTANCE. Come join the resistance as we gather to read, talk, explore, stretch, and connect! Excited to facilitate this book club group with other women doing amazing work in Ithaca. We will “explore the new science of desire and sexuality, optimal sexual experiences, and the political and social context of female sexuality and pleasure.”
Discussion Group: Women’s Sexual Enrichment
A private and confidential 8-week discussion and support group for female-identified people around the topic of sex and sexuality.
This is a safe place for women to talk openly about their sexual lives, and the challenges they face sexually. Each evening we spend time on a specific topic of learning, and there is time to ask those questions you may never have felt comfortable to ask. The intention is to create a supportive circle of women, where you can share, listen, and learn from each other. It is a circle where women can identify an area in their sexual life that they want to grow, and receive homework assignments related to that goal. Open to women of any sexual orientation, single or in relationship.
Discussion Group: Sex & Body Matters
A private sexuality workshop that explores sexuality, the female body, and sexual health.
Podcast: Ignite Intimacy
From host Laura Aiisha: “I met Stephanie Zuber at an Esther Perel event in NYC in November. The focus was the Masculinity Paradox, and the day was filled with powerful conversations about men, masculinity, sexuality, romance and more. Intrigued by the work Stephanie is doing supporting couples and individuals in Ithaca, New York with sex, body and relational matters, and my own recent experience feeling a lack of sexual desire for a partner, it was a no brainer. We had to have a conversation about something many people experience in dating and relating - mismatched desire and sexless relationships. Join Stephanie and I for a conversation that will support, inspire and encourage you to create more intimacy and rekindle your desire on Episode 102 of Ignite Intimacy!”
